When we release your site to you, you will be able to edit and add pages for your site without needing any HTML knowledge!
How Smart Framing Works:
Your MLS board provides you with links that are encoded specifically for your website. We in turn take those links and frame them into a page of your website. You will need to contact your MLS Board and ask them if they offer Smart Framing.
Some MLS boards allow more than just the search page to be framed. Some will provide links to not only the search, but also links to specific property types, such as Single Family Homes, Multi-Family Homes, Condo's, Lots & Land, Commercial, Featured Listings, Open Houses, etc, allowing for more specific views of listing types to be framed into your site.
This demo site has been setup not only with the framed search of an MLS, but also framed pages of specific property types. Click any of the links to the right of the flash movie above and you'll see how those framed pages look in this site.
Contact your MLS board and inquire as to whether they support Smart Framing. If they do, ask them to provide you with sample links so that you can view those pages. By viewing sample links you'll be able to see what the pages will look like that are going to be framed into your site. Also be sure to ask them if they provide links for specific searches and/or property types as mentioned above, such as Featured Listings, Single Family Homes, Multi-Family Homes, etc.
This demo site includes the following package add-ons:
- Testimonials: Your visitors can add their own testimonial to your site at their leisure. When a testimonial is submitted the system holds the tesimonial for your approval before posting it.
- National and State Mortgage Rate Display - a small graphic showing national mortgage rates that are updated automatically in real time.
- Real Estate Article Manager - this is a free addon and includes 13 articles that you can modify to meet your needs as well as add additional articles!
- Real Estate Glossary of Terms - this is a free addon and includes 300 terms and definitions. You can edit any existing terms, as well as add additional terms quickly and easily!
- Missing Meta Tags: This addon allows you to quickly track pages of your site that are missing meta tag description and keywords.
- Google Site Map: This addon automatically generates a search engine friendly and user friendly site map for your web pages.
- Google Analytics: This addon automatically adds the Google Analytic coding to each page of your site. Google Analytics allows you to learn valuable information about your site visitors. It tracks the number of visits to your site, and keywords used to find your site.
